This dress is so so so fun!! The bodice is made from a beautiful and so soft purple velvet witha smocked pannel in the back and a big wide tie and adjustable straps. The bottom is a stunning tulle in a purple and teal that gives me all the mermaid vibes!! It is so full and fluffy I just want to spin in it! It is all fully lined and super comfy on!
